PACKAGES & PRICING

The Blue Ridge Mountains offer their most stunning scenery March through November, with spring gardens, summer sunsets, and autumn foliage creating unforgettable backdrops for your special day.

Elopement and Intimate packages require a two-night estate buyout; Classic and Premier packages require three nights. Event fees are separate from lodging. Estate lodging is $3,600 per night on Fridays and Saturdays and $3,200 per night on weeknights, plus a $1,000 cleaning fee and booking fees.

With flexible reservation options, you can choose how to host your guests: give the gift of a weekend retreat by reserving the entire estate, or select a room block approach that allows your guests to book their accommodations directly—a convenient way to share the celebration costs. Both options include exclusive access to the estate and its grounds.

  • Absolutely! A wedding coordinator is a wise choice to assist with planning and execution so you can enjoy your wedding. We do not provide coordination services.

    Guest counts past 60 require a licensed coordinator, tent, and portable restrooms, which you'll arrange directly with vendors of your choice to bring your vision to life.

    Outside coordinators must provide proof of liability insurance.

  • When you book a wedding or event, you reserve the entire estate.

    Onsite lodging can accommodate up to 32 overnight guests in our 11 suites and guest cottage.

  • Wedding packages require an estate buyout: two nights for Elopement and Intimate, or three nights for Classic and Premier.

    Our flexible venue reservation options let you choose how to host your guests: reserve the entire estate as a gift to your guests, or select a room block approach that allows them to book their preferred accommodations directly—a convenient way to share the celebration costs.

    Please note, an on-site caretaker lives on the property to maintain the grounds, and you may see him throughout your weekend. He will respect your privacy and we ask you to please do the same.
