This Vintage Alligator Skin Clutch Purse
is a beautiful reddish brown color. It is 12 inches long and 7 and 1/2 inches tall. It is a slim, sleek purse without straps that opens to 2 inches at the base. The front closes with 2 working snaps. The purse has one exterior pocket lined with burgundy taffeta. The interior is lined with burgundy leather and features 4 seperate pockets, one with a zippered closure. This purse is in fair condition with some wear visible at the seams. The skin and leather lining has come unstitched in some areas, but can easily be repaired and does not detract from the look of the purse at all.
This vintage purse would make a great accessory or addition to any collection!

Most of the items sold under the Everett Estate were the property of the late Mrs. Everett, who died in early 2001. She led an interesting life: spent a year travelling around the world when she was in her 20's (during the 1930's) and later lived up and down the eastern seaboard collecting 3 husbands and other interesting if not valuable items, many of which will be sold here.
