This Antique Vintage Black Alligator Skin Purse
measures ten inches long, six inches tall, and three inches wide. It has a black alligator skin strap handle that is s17 inches long and is lined on the underside with leather. The interior is tan leather with four interior pockets, one with a zipper closure and lined with tan taffeta. The inside leather bears the stamp "Belle stone" and a sewn-in tag from Saks Fifth Avenue. The clasp is brass and works well. This purse is in fair condition with some wear on the seams and a small tear on the underside of the strap.
This vintage purse would make a great accessory of collectible.

Most of the items sold under the Everett Estate were the property of the late Mrs. Everett, who died in early 2001. She led an interesting life: spent a year travelling around the world when she was in her 20's (during the 1930's) and later lived up and down the eastern seaboard collecting 3 husbands and other interesting if not valuable items, many of which will be sold here.
